You could call it everlasting love
I was looking up articles on national geographic and found one called " Oldest Fossil of Mating Insects Found; Sex Positions Haven't Changed." A type of insect called Froghoppers were found in northern China as a stone. They say it is 165 million years old. They could tell that they were mating because they were found belly to belly.
Last venus fly trap post
Sadly my Venus fly traps have died. I believe it was getting too cold in the room that they were placed in and that's what was the cause of their death. I believe they lived from the end of September to somewhere at the end of November.

Fly trap check up.
Today when I looked at my Venus fly trap that already had a mouth has died. I believe this happened because chase (science teacher) tried to close its mouth while it was being fed. It has gone down in size because it shriveled up it is now 1cm long. My other Venus fly trap is doing great it's getting bigger and is now 7 cm long the second fly trap that grew next to it is now 5 1/2 long.

Invasive species opinon
What is my opinion on invasive species?
Norway maple
Buckthorn
Rose
Burning Bush
These were some of the invasive plants that I saw when I went outside of school for class. I feel like invasive species could be good but most are bad. Invasive species can be good by invading something not wanted. Most invasive species are bad because they change the environment. They could invade a plant that an animal eats. This would cause the animal to have to try to find something different to eat. Invasive species can just be awful for people and animals. For people some plants can cover houses or your garden.

New parts of Venus fly trap.
I measured my Venus fly trap once again. The "right" Venus fly trap has grown to 7cm! That Venus fly trap has also grown a second Venus fly trap that is at 5 1/2cm but they have not grown a mouth yet. The "left" Venus fly trap is 3cm big than a second trap grown than a third! The second one was also 3cms and the last one is 2cm. This fly trap has grown a mouth that is a cm big. I have put in some grass seeds for a invasive species so we can see what happens.

New spot in woods
When we went back into the woods I changed my spot. I picked a better spot to observe. What I was able to see what a small stream with a couple trees leaning over the stream. I was able to hear birds tweeting and the stream streaming. I smelled the dirty water and the bark off of the treas. I felt the cold water and the rough bark.

Leaf difference
The difference between a silver maple and a sugar maple is that the silver maple is a lot smaller than the sugar maple. The silver maple also has a lot more points on the ends than the sugar maple also the silver maple is a darker green. Now the difference from the Cedar and the White Pine other than them being a completely different leaf is that the White Pine is needle like and the Cedar is leafy like.
